Returns And Cancellations

We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Cancellation and After-sale

All of our products are specially customized for you. If you would like to cancel your Order, please use the link provided in the confirmation email or follow the "Track Order" link at the bottom of the page. You may cancel the order at any time before it is put into production, upon cancellation we will refund you all the cost of the order.
If you cancel your order once the production starts, we are sorry, because once the personalized order is produced, the cost of goods cannot be refunded, we can only refund you the logistics and related customs duties.
Once your order is shipped, there is no way to cancel it. We hope you receive it and like it. If there are quality or other commodity problems, you can apply for replacement to customer service, after-sales.

Please check out your Tracking Information Alert, Peaprint will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info alerts. The following reasons may cause the alert:

·  Incorrect/insufficient Address

·  Refused Package

·  Customs Clearance

·  Non-Existing Number

·  Unknown Recipient

How to request a refund:

A. Contact peaprint customer service in the dashboard or send your request to: service@peaprint.com.

B. Send photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of dispute.

Refunds

The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card). Or it will be refunded to your account balance. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your account.

We recommend refunding the money to the balance for faster processing. You can use the balance to pay for new orders or withdraw at any time you want.
