How do I view my order status?

The current status of your order will be displayed in multiple locations:

You can open the background, enter the "My Order" menu, you can see the order list, know the status of each order：

----Drafts: Indicates that the order is in draft condition and has not yet been matched to the product source associated with Peaprint, or that order delivery address information is missing or incorrect and needs to be manually updated or corrected.

---- Jersey: indicates that the order has not been paid yet, you can pay the order at any time, after successful payment, Peaprint will fulfill the order for you, complete the subsequent production and delivery.

----In review: indicates that the order is waiting for the platform to review and assign the order to the factory

----Processing: Indicates that the order is received by the factory and is in production

----Shipped: indicates that the order has been produced and delivered to the cooperative logistics provider for shipment

----Completed: Indicates that the order has been Completed, the logistics has been Completed, and the goods have been delivered to the recipient
